Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 9apps platform. By accessing or using any part of 9apps, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 9apps platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 9apps ("the Platform"). Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to and use of 9apps is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 9apps reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
You must also confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before using the platform. 9apps does not accept liability for a user's failure to verify their local legal obligations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 9apps. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 9apps support immediately at [email protected].
9apps will never ask for your password via email or any other unsolicited communication. Do not share your account credentials with any third party. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using 9apps, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical errors, or circumvent platform rules.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age or location.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of the platform's code or content.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on 9apps are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through available local payment methods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you. Payments made using third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in account suspension.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. Processing times for withdrawals will vary depending on the payment method selected. 9apps is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors outside our control.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate promotional terms and conditions. Winnings derived from bonus funds may carry wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Refer to our Promotions page for specific terms on each offer.
6. Limitation of Liability
9apps provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from technical failures, data errors, or service interruptions.
Gaming outcomes on 9apps are determined by certified random number generators and third-party game providers. We do not manipulate outcomes, and we cannot guarantee any specific result. Online gaming involves inherent risk, and you accept that risk by choosing to play.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
9apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where we detect or reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of promotions. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be reviewed and, where appropriate, forfeited.
Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance after deduction of pending transactions and bonus funds will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts subject to open investigations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 9apps platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of 9apps or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from 9apps. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.
9. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law
9apps reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of 9apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by law.
